Please stay tuned for a new band pic and bio. Things are changing around here...
We recently parted ways with Mike Fremeau as our drummer. We had a great time playing music with our good friend and wish him well in the future.
As far as our upcoming shows, we may have a few alternatives for temporary fill-ins, and will do our best not to cancel any dates.
We know this seems to be a drag, but please understand that the 3 of us are actually quite excited to begin a new chapter in Delaney's history. Right now, we can't wait to return to Chicago and finish up our album at the end of August. We are putting so much of ourselves into this project - from the songwriting and arranging, the tracking, editing, and even the album artwork, we know that our debut album will be something we are proud to give to you.
After completing our album we will actively seek a new full-time drummer - but we aren't rushing the process. We need to make sure that the person we invite to join Delaney is a perfect fit. This will take awhile, but we should be able to have some fun and play some shows in the meantime.
So although we're sorry to see Mike go, the three of us remain positive, and even excited for new things. We feel that the first true representation of what Delaney has to offer is very near, and we are excited about the great music to come.
Please continue to check our site often, as things are changing fast around here. We really need you all to stick with us through the next couple months, and we promise that this album and the future of this band will be well worth the wait! Thank you for your continued support, and for believing in us.
